Day1:- Arrival Srinagar

As you arrive at the Srinagar airport you will be met and greeted by our representative. Our representative will give you a brief about your tour and then you will leave for your pre-booked houseboat. The houseboats are exotic indigenous accommodation very popular in Kashmir they offer all sorts of luxuries, very well carpeted the house boats are nothing short of a dream. After settling and relax we set off to explore the Srinagar city which is inhabited on the banks of river Chinab. The city is surrounded by the Himalayan Mountains thus offering a picturesque view you won’t forget for a long time. We start our tour with a visit of the Mughal Gardens. The Mughals loved Kashmir for its cool environment they made beautiful gardens based on the famous four quartered (Chaar Baug) gardens of Paradise coupled with flowing canals, eloquent fountains and pristine pools of blue waters. The Mughals starting from Babur started constructing the gardens, which was also carried on by the descendants like Jahangir and Shahjahan. Jahangir made the beautiful Shalimar Bagh for his beloved queen Noorjahan in year 1619.

Shalimar Bagh is a striking example of the zenithh mughals achieved in making gardens. Situated on the eastern banks of Dal Lake the terraced Nishant Garden has a total of 12 terraces, the towering Chinar trees coupled with flower beds and water channels will make you happy. The royal spring known as chashma – Shahi has springs coupled with a garden it is the smallest out of the trio – Shalimar bagh, Nishant bagh and chashma e shahi. Also visit a myriad of colours a tulip garden situated in the foot hill of Zabarwan range it offers a mesmerizing view of Dal Lake. The garden is in name of ex prime minister of India “Indira Gandhi memorial tulip garden”.

The evening is reserved for a serene sunset on the Dal lake riding a Shikara. These are narrow indigenous boats which are like a life line at Dal. The tourists enjoy the sightseeing riding a Shikara. The locals sell petty items like vegetable, there are Shikaras selling the famous Kashmir specialities like Pashmina shawls, dry fruits, saffron etc. There are others which are offering eatables like ice cream, Potato chips,coffee etc. After the enjoyable evening, the night at the houseboat will sure be stupendous. Evening overnight at houseboat.

Day2:- Srinagar –Gulmarg – Srinagar

Today we start early from Srinagar after a healthy breakfast. Even the ride to Gulmarg will be cherished for long the road is lined with chinar trees with interspersed blooming flowers. Gulmarg is a famous destination of Kashmir which in summers is nothing less than Switzerland. The lush green looks of Gulmarg coupled with beautiful coloured flowers make Gulmarg special. Gulmarg has featured in many famous Hindi movies. Gulmarg has a very famous cable car which takes you all the way up to the Kongdoori Mountain. The top offers a stunning view of the snow capped Himalayas. You can also enjoy the horse ride at Gulmarg. If you are visiting Gulmarg in winters then skiing is a famous activity your should indulge in Gulmarg. Italso has a 18 hole Golf course. Return drive to Srinagar overnight at Srinagar.

Day3:- Srinagar – Pahalgam - Srinagar

After the sumptuous breakfasts ride your luxury car to Pahalgam, en-route you can visit the saffron fields of Pampore. This area has been famous for growning the world’s best Kashmiri saffron which always has been costlier than gold. Pahalgam is famous for its green meadows. If interested then can try your hands on horse riding, explore the banks of river lidder, engage in shopping at the markets of Pahalgam. On your way back explore the ruins of lord shiva and Vishnu temples at Awanti pura, these temples were built by king Awanti Varman in 9th century. If time permits then do visit the sulphur springs at Anantnag. Return to Srinagar overnight at Srinagar.

Day4:- Departure from Srinagar

After the breakfast it’s time to say good bye to your house boat and your host, we will transfer you to airport for a smooth flight back home.
