Char Dham Yatra Tour Itinerray

Day 1:- Arrival at Delhi - Haridwar

On arrival in Delhi our driver will welcome you at Railway station/ airport. After a warm welcome you embark on a 3-4 hours drive to the famous town of Haridwar. Haridwar is the gateway to the mighty Himalayas, the sacred river Ganges flows into the north Indian plains through Haridwar where the river is venerated .Today after check in at the hotel you will attend the famous Ganga arti and visit the famous Mansa devi temple perched high up on a hill .Overnight at Haridwar.

Day 2:- Haridwar - Barkot

After breakfast your trusted driver will drive you to Barkot, the journey will take around 7-8 hours and the Himalayan sights will sure entice you, On the way enjoy a splash at the famous Kempty falls spring of Mussorie, Mussorie was the favourite haunt of the English rulers during the British era. After a drive across the Mussorie town we continue our journey to Barkot. On arrival at Barkot you will check in at your respective hotel. Overnight at Barkot.

Day 3:- Barkot

Today will be a hectic day as you undertake a trek of 6 kms from Janak chatti. Your driver will drive you to Janak chatti (around 36 kms from Barkot), You can walk the 6 km trek or ride a pony or can ride a palanquin(palki) to reach Yamnotri, Upon reaching Yamnotri take a holy dip in the warm waters of Jamuna kund, engage in holy sacraments at Yamnotri after the religious rites walk down the trek once again to meet your driver who will drive you back to Barkot. Overnight at Barkot.

Day 4:-Barkot - Uttarkashi

After breakfast your driver will drive you to Uttarkashi a lively town of Uttarakhand though distance is a mere 100 kms but the narrow winding hill roads take more time to traverse, Enroute visit the famous Shiv gufa shrine a cave temple of Lord Shiva. On arriving at Uttarakashi visit the famous Kashi vishwanath temple, Overnight at Uttarakashi.

Day 5:- Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi

The drive to Gangotri will take around 3-4 hours, the picturesque Harsil valley enroute will spell bind you, engage in taking instagram worthy pictures at Harsil the famous apple orchard town of Uttarakhand Harsil is also known as the mini Switzerland of Uttarakhand.The sulphur springs of Gagnani are a must visit. Gangotri the sacred pilgrimage is the place where mighty river Ganges makes the earthly presence as it erupts from the Gangotri glacier. In Hindu mythology it is believed the Ganges drips down the locks of Lord Shiva. Take a holy dip in the freezing waters of River Ganga immerse in holy rituals to venerate the mother Ganges later drive back to Uttarakashi. Overnight at Uttarakashi. .

Day 6:- Uttarkashi - Guptkashi

After breakfast your driver will drive you to Guptakashi, the distance you will travel is around 220 kms and it will take 8 hours for the same. Enjoy the panoramic beauty of Himalayas while you travel the river Mandakini offers a mesmerising view at Tilvara. The river Mandakini originates from Kedarnath.On arrival at Guptakashi visit the famous Ardhanarishwar templeafter the temple visit check in at your respective hotel. Overnight at Guptakashi.

Day 7:- Guptkashi - Kedarnath

Today after breakfast your driver will drive you to Sonprayag from where you start your trek of 19 kms to the lofted snow covered Kedarnath. You can walk this trekor can hire a pony or a palanquin . Upon reaching Kedarnath after a brief rejuvenation break go for the evening arti at the Kedarnath temple the queue for the same will be long. Overnight at Kedarnath.

Day 8:- Kedarnath - Guptkashi

After an early morning darshanstart your down ward journeyagain meet your trusted driver as he waits for you. Drive to your hotel in Guptakashi. Overnight at Guptakashi.

Day 9:- Guptkashi - Badrinath

After breakfast start your journey to Badrinath a distance of 220 kms from Gupta kashi it will take around 9 hours to reach the same. Attend the evening arti at the famous Badrinath temple. Overnight at Badrinath.

Day 10:- Badrinath – Rudraprayag

Early morning take a dip at the hot waters of Taptakund a natural hot water geyser, After the morning darshan at Badrinath temple explore the last Indian village Mana along with Vyas gufa.Drive to Rudraprayag at a distance of around 160kms. Overnight at Rudraprayag..

Day 11:- Rudraprayag - Haridwar

After breakfast starts your journey to the Haridwar town, this is the same town from where we began our Himalayan jouney to the Char dham. Overnight at Haridwar.

Day 12:- Haridwar - Delhi

After breakfast your driver will drive you to Delhi from where you start your onward journey via Railway/ Flight.
